English Languages Programs and Resources in the ACT
There are many opportunities for adults for whom English is an additional language to learn and develop their English language skills in the ACT region. Here are some.

Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP)
The  (AMEP) is funded by the Australian government and provides  range of free English language classes to eligible migrants and humanitarian entrants. For more information:

Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) 
Also funded by the Australian government, this program provides language, literacy and numeracy training for eligible clients referred by the Department of Human Services (Centrelink) and employment service providers.
